Dr Joeann was able to visit many healing conferences led by Pastor Benny Hinn which inspired her even more. She remembers not having the provision to attend Pastor Benny’s conference and her then boss Walter Hunt came to her financial rescue with a ten-dollar seed. During and after employment with the United States Postal Service Dr Joeann began her education journey. She received her Bachelor’s in Religion and Philosophy at Shaw University, Master of Human Service at Capella University, Master of Substance Addiction at Grand Canyon University, Master of Licensed Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University, and finally her Doctor of Theology at Oral Roberts University.
Dr. Joeann feels all these fields are needed in helping God’s broken people every day. Dr. Joeann’s book Low Self-Esteem in the Church will hopefully encourage those who are bound by not feeling good about themselves and think they need to have validation from others to function. Counseling is also offered by Dr. Joeann. Dr. Joeann is joined by her spouse Pastor Darryl McGhee who is her primary support system all the way with the help of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
